We provide a 15-day return and refund policy for all purchases. Digital products like antivirus software are eligible for refunds only if they haven’t been downloaded, installed, activated, or used.
Refunds may also be granted if technical issues arise and our support team cannot resolve them. Change-of-mind or accidental purchases for digital items are not guaranteed refunds. Physical electronics must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Defective or damaged electronics can be returned for a replacement or refund. Returns without original packaging or proof of purchase may not be accepted. All refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase or delivery. Digital Products (Software, Licenses, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:

  • The product has not been downloaded, installed, activated, or used.

  • A technical issue prevents activation or functionality, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

  • The product description was misleading or significantly different from what was delivered.

Important Notes:

  • All digital product refund requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • If a license key or activation code has been issued, a refund will be granted only at our discretion.

  • Refunds for accidental purchases or change-of-mind are not guaranteed.


Electronics (Devices, Accessories)

We accept returns or exchanges for physical items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including accessories and manuals.

  • A defective or damaged item may be returned for a replacement or refund.

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items.

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return/Refund

  • (For electronics) Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

Our team will reply within 2 business days with the next steps.


Refund Process

  • Digital Products: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Electronics: After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
